I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming retreat nestled in the beautiful Chianti countryside. The hotel's location is simply perfect, close to surrounding villages and offering breathtaking views of the rolling hills and famous Tuscan vineyards. It truly felt like a dream.
While my stay at this hotel was overall fantastic, there was one small aspect that could be improved. However, it was nothing more than a minor inconvenience and did not dampen my overall experience.

We received such a warm welcome and the hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms and ensuite bathroom were really spacious, clean and comfortable and the views of the Tuscan countryside from the bedroom window were beautiful. The hotel was in a lovely, quiet setting. The breakfast, which we ate on the sunny terrace, included fresh Italian pastries and bread.

We had a wonderful stay in the heart of the Tuscan valley. The hotel facilities were great, and we enjoyed the magnificent view of the valley from the swimming pool. We loved the hotel's location on the Chianti's hills and the fact that it was close to surrounding villages, which made it an excellent starting point for exploring the local area. The staff was very helpful and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable.
Nothing not to love.

The people of the hotel were very friendly and helpfull.
The hotel is in the middle of nowhere. That means you have to like bugs and animals. I do not like them. The rooms are big but that does not mean that you only clean the toilet and the bedsheets. Underr the table and in the corner were webs of dust/spiders.

The location was ideal for relaxing and enjoying the surrounding beautiful scenery. The hotel staff is very friendly and hospitable providing us with detailed information about the region concerning sights, eating, road advisory, history of Tuscany, etc. The facilities (pool, dining room) were also very adequate and the rooms spacious, clean, neat and warm.
Even though the breakfast was quite complete, we would like it to be a little richer containing maybe more locally typical products.

Rooms basically furnished but spacious and comfortable at a good price. Decent buffet breakfast with great views from terrace. Good outdoor pool in lovely location. Country walking from the hotel through beautiful oak woods to nearby villages. Very helpful staff. Free taxi service to /from an excellent local restaurant near Radda. Hotel is situated about 0.5 km up a very rough track but one soon gets used to it.

The view of the Tuscan hills was breathtaking and the pool offered a refreshing dip after the long trip. the staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast options were decent enough. the location was well situated for exploring the surrounding area, with plenty of wineries and villages to visit.
The wifi was spotty and didn't work in our room. the room itself was a bit outdated and lacked basic amenities like air conditioning.

The hotel was beautiful, and the staff friendly. I would definatly recomend one of the rooms on the second floor. For the windows and the view. The rooms on the first floor only had a window in the door and the ventalation didn't seem very good in those rooms, but when you head to an area like this who spends alot of time in there rooms anyways. The breakfast was good. Fresh croisants and bread, local ham and cheese plus cereal's and yogurt.

Great location in the region, close to wineries and beautiful countryside. Nice pool with lovely views.
Not recommended for those without a car. Breakfast was average, not much variety.

Stunning views. Staff could not do more for you - provided their transport free of charge to and from a local restaurant.
Too far up an unmade road (glad it was a hire car and not mine!). Very isolated. Had a number of walking groups staying for single nights - this is what it's best suited for. No meals available if you don't take up the offer of a free ride to the local restaurant.

I loved my stay at the hotel. The hospitality is great, the hotel staff are very nice and helpfull. The place is fantastic with a beautifull view, quite and calm, excellent breakfast on the terrace and large rooms. Perfect to relax! I definetly recommend it!
Don't use gps- it will take you to another place! The best is to call them and ask for information.
